Spirulina Skin Firming Mask
I personally love the results after using this face mask. It helps tighten pores and cleanse impurities from the skin. After one use, I noticed that the hormonal acne I get on my chin was clearing up quickly.
If you have oily skin, you can use this mask a few times a week. If you have combination or dry skin, start by using it once a week. You can increase it to twice weekly if your skin doesn't get too dry after using it.
Instructions for using the Spirulina Face Mask:
- Apply a quarter-size amount to freshly cleansed skin.
- Let sit on skin for one to three minutes. (Don't let the mask dry out on your skin.)
- Rinse your skin clean.
- Apply your normal moisturizer.
Himalayan Salt Scrub
This salt scrub exfoliates the skin and helps to reduce the appearance of cellulite. I use both sugar and salt scrubs as part of my regular skincare routine.
Instructions for Using the Himalayan Salt Scrub:
- Apply a scoop directly to your skin (do not use this on your face, but anywhere else is fine).
- Massage onto the skin. For cellulite prone areas, spend a few minutes to do a deep tissue massage with the scrub.
- Rinse clean.
